Daily Deviation

Given 2009-06-15
Superbly toned, graced with lavish details and thus eerily realistic, Tiger-Dots with Pen and Ink by ~razorsfire is an inspiring specimen of Pointillism. Please enjoy. ( Suggested by jdrainville and Featured by snowmask )

I used this thing called a pigment pen, which spits out ink instead of rolling it out like ball point. Very nice for stabbing the paper so many times xD

this is beautiful :) I love tigers, and I LOVEE this picture you've created. You definitely have some extreme patience for stuff like this. Don't worry about what people way, they're just jealous of your talent, just soak it all in and take it as complements :) When you have haters in the art world, it means you're work is superb :)

not sure
I think I'll be here a while at least
but, if I'm lucky
I might get to visit for a couple of weeks next year
you know, right after I graduate High School
just a little field trip I might take before college takes over...

I really think people underestimate true artists and representatives of knowledge.
For instance, in my chase, I was raised in a family with high musical culture and when a discussion broke in class about music, I started giving examples of the past and the present, because that's what my father taught me - he's very passionate about history and music and he manages to put them in such captivating stories, they just stick in my mind.
At the end of the discussion in class a girl snarls and says: Yeah, we can tell you've been watching too much TV.
That's just about my experience in cultural music, not to mention in drawing and writing, which I'm constantly frowned upon >.>
I mean things like that just make you wanna give yourself a double-facepalm.

I'm with you on, nee-san :) I'm with you :cuddle:
:D
